Post A Ride

WeeklyRides.com was designed to give local area cyclist a comprehensive list of regularly scheduled bicycle rides, popular area charity rides and cycling related community news & events. The bike rides posted are generally found in the Charlotte, NC area. Every effort is made to keep the ride listings updated.

Posted rides can be sponsored by a team, club or charity but remain open to all riders. All rides posted use a rating system to help you decide which rides are best for you. The ratings are based on the average pace and terrain of the ride. Click HERE to see more detail about the ride ratings used on WeeklyRides.com

I hope you find WeeklyRides.com useful. If so, take a minute and let me know...I'd like to hear your comments.

Ride Safe,

These icons make it very easy to can the entire list of rides on any given day and find the ones that best fit your skill level. From there you can drill down even deeper by reading the specific ride detail. It's never been this easy to find YOUR ride.

Weekday / Skill Level Listings: Weekly rides are listed under two separate menus. The first list rides by day of the week. The second list rides by skill level.

Easier to read ride listings: Every ride is detailed in the same way creating a consistent, easy to read format. The ride tables list the details of each ride along with links to ride leaders, start site maps and organizers website if available.

All New Charity Ride Listing: There are actually 2 charity ride list now. The first charity ride list shows many of the local and popular surrounding area charity rides. This list now allows you to sort on any column in the list. The second is a listing devoted to rides that are designated as Bike MS Training rides for the 2010 Bike MS "Breakaway To The Beach" 25th Anniversary ride.

Community Section: This completely new section includes Local Area Bicycle Shops, Cycling Advocacy Links and Bike Law Links.

WeeklyRides does not accept any advertising revenue and remains a completely "ad free" website. I keep it this way to make sure that the site can be shared by all as a link to the most updated local ride information. If you have an avenue to share a link back to WeeklyRides.com on your site please do.

Ride Leaders: Check your postings and please let me know if any changes are needed. Be sure to check all links. Thanks for posting!
