Monday Rides All rides posted require the rider to wear a helmet. Riders should have a ride appropriate bicycle in good working order, food and water. It is also suggested to carry a spare tube, basic tool kit, emergency contact information and ID. All ride starts are subject to weather. Posted start times may change as the season progresses. Contact the listed ride leader with any ride specific questions.

Moderately paced ride thru Mecklenburg, Stanley and Cabarrus counties, with 1,241 feet of climbing. The ride will continue thru August 31. Ride is cancelled only if it is raining at start time.

 6;00pm Uptown Cycles Booty, Bikes, Burgers & Beer Ride
Booty, Bikes, Burgers and Beer Ride is a great way to recover from a fast weekend. Join the group at 6pm every Monday night. We will leave from the shop and get an hour(ish) ride in and then have social hour next door at the Burger and Co. Come join us. This is a recovery pace ride. Open to all.

  6:00pm Y Xtreme Team - Morrison YMCA
Join us for a Monday night road ride from the Morrison Y back lot. This ride is a great way to start the week. Steve and Lori will guide you on a great route out to Bonds Grove and back. The group will usually break into a few different paces. It's a No Drop ride and beginners are welcome. Steve leads the Monday night ride and Lori leads the Wednesday night ride.

  6:45pm Y Xtreme Team Indoor Cycle Series - Harris YMCA
These are 1 hour classes starting at 6:45pm. The moves and drills are designed with road cyclists in mind. This is a great way to exercise and stay in touch with your fellow cyclists. This series is for YMCA members only.

7:00pm Cabarrus Creamery Family Ride
Cabarrus Creamery and Central Carolina Cycling Club will host a weekly family oriented ride starting at the parking lot behind the Cabarrus Creamery in Concord at 7 PM (see update below). This ride will make a 3 mile loop through downtown Concord and return to the starting point. Multiple loops are encouraged! Parking is available behind the Creamery on Church Street in the public lot. This is a true social/beginner/family ride. Join the C4 gang at the Creamery after the ride!
