We can craft a program to achieve your fitness goals with a variety of techniques and outline exactly what it will take to stay on track. Charlotte, NC - Thursdays from 7 - 8 pm  Roadies Rule Indoor Cycling Class taught by Chrys Kub , PT and Road Cyclist along with Shannan Schaffer, Cycling Instructor (alternating weeks)  will focus on skills for improving  your endurance and efficiency on the road.  This is not just a SPINNING class! Charlotte, NC - Rollasana Yoga for Athletes:  7:30-8:30 Tuesday and Thursday mornings at BeYoga South located on the corner of Carmel and Hwy 51. Using foam rolling integrated into a yoga sequence, this class will explore how to release soft tissue and refine body movements leading to improved performance efficiency for the athlete. Charlotte, NC - Our training centers include our flagship location in Midtown near the Sugar Creek Greenway and a stalitte loctation located inside the all new Trsports store near South Park. Both locations offer state of the art training facilities for cyclists. With a full time experienced coaching staff on site, athletes have the ability to receive hands on training and guidance. Our multi-rider studio includes multiple CompuTrainer units and multiple HIGH DEF Televisions for group training.
