About the Ride

Meeting the last Saturday of each month at 8:00 AM, the LS-8 group rides the traditional 64-mile route to and from Morrow Mountain. The route includes approximately 4,600 feet of climbing and is a favorite monthly challenge for riders looking for a scenic, well-established road ride.

The group currently meets at the West Stanly Middle School parking lot in Locust. Riders should arrive early enough to get ready and be prepared to roll at 8:00 AM.
